Option for Navigation Buttons always visible#2

The current onscreen script navigation buttons hide while not in use and use and require two mouse clicks are touchscreen taps to use while prompting. This keeps the screen unclutted - but sometimes I just want navigation buttons always visible for quick and easy navigation on a touchscreen device like a Microsoft Surface.

Can we have the option to always show the teleprompter script navigation buttons?
