There is no way to contact your customer support staff for assistance. I tried to select the option ot downgrade my plan back to free, but I kept getting an error message. I also could not tell if my selection was accepted when I chose the lower (free) plan from the plan page.
It would be helpful if you could make that clear. The fact that I can’t remove my credit card from your system is a problem.
I would like someone to contact me when this issue has been resolved. Today is July 29 and this is more than enough time to resolve my issue before the next billing cycle starts on August 23.
